This mirrored glass tower was built in
1976 and is Boston's tallest building.
This 60 story structure, designed by I. M. Pei and Partners, somehow fits in quite nicely with the Romanesque 19th Century Trinity Church which sits right beside it.
Near the New Hancock Tower sits the Old Hancock Tower built in 1947.
The Old Hancock Tower has our famous weather beacon on top of it, showing a different color depending upon the weather.
