When I was a kid my dad used to take us up to Ipswich for fishing and clamming.
I never noticed the beauty of Crane's Beach as a youth, too busy fishing I guess!
Crane's Beach is a long sweeping shoreline with beautiful dunes.
When traveling up there, there is only one small sign and if you miss it.... well, it is well worth the adventure once you find it!
The beach is very clean and well maintained and as you can see, is the perfect spot for a sunset picnic!
