Rockport Massachusetts is a Fishing
Village and an Artist's Community located North of
Boston!
My Lady's friend found out about her interest in photography and told her about Motif #1, the most drawn, painted and photographed fishing shack in America, quite possibly the world.
We took the trip up to Rockport to find Motif #1 and to create our own images of it. We had no clue what it was when we arrived but figured we would find it while we were there.
We walked around photographing everything of interest but couldn't find Motif #1 so we stopped into one of the Galleries and asked where we could find it.
He told us where it was and as it turned out we could see it over his shoulder out the window as we were talking to him!
Not knowing what it was, we had already photographed it! We went back to photograph it some more!
