Leverett Peace Pagoda

A little North of Amherst and UMass is
the hill town of Leverett Massachusetts.
Off of Route 63, thin winding roads bring you up this hilly terrain and if you watch carefully you will see a small humble little sign for the Leverett Peace Pagoda.
I never attended a service there but had a great time one winter day, strolling the grounds and capturing the peacefulness of the Pagoda, as shown here.
Another interesting site in Leverett is an old abandoned Lumber Mill on the main road through town.
Leverett is also home to one of the biggest and oldest food co-ops in Western Mass, also known as the Pioneer Valley.
It takes about two hours to get to Leverett from Boston.
