some folk in Boston, Western Mass is still full of Indians
and Mountain Men!
At least my dad thinks so!
After an extended stay, I can assure you that the Indians are no longer a threat, as for the Mountain Men, yes, there are plenty of them there but mostly in the tiny neighborhood bars...
This section highlights some of the towns in Pioneer Valley also known as the Connecticut River Valley.
We'll stop by Easthampton and hang out by the Nashawannuck Pond
Holyoke, for a trip up Mt. Tom and also find some old Railroad Tracks.
Leverett, for a pleasant stay at the Peace Pagoda.
Northampton, to visit the site of an insane condo complex.
And Southampton, for some of country living!
Most of the towns border each other yet they are very different communities and have very different landscapes as you will see!
